One of my favorite snacks is chips and salsa, especially at a Mexican restaurant. While you can’t purchase that exact combination in stores, you can easily recreate this nearly identical recipe from Ree Drummond, The Pioneer Woman, at home. Plus, it’s incredibly simple with no cooking required and all the ingredients are healthy. You can omit the jalapeño for a milder flavor. This recipe is a personal favorite of mine. And, on the Food Network site, this recipe averages a 5 star rating with over 400 reviews.
