Ingredients:
One dozen raw eggs
1 cup water
Instructions:
Place the trivet that came with the Instant Pot in the pot.
Add the water.
Place the eggs on the trivet.
Close the lid, seal the valve, and set the Instant Pot to Manual High Pressure for 5 minutes.
After the beep signaling the end of the cooking time, turn the Instant Pot off and let it depressurize naturally for 5 minutes.
Perform a quick release to finish releasing the pressure.
Remove the eggs and place them in cool tap water (I like to add ice cubes) for 5 minutes to stop the cooking process.
