Ingredients:
8 ears of corn on the cob
2 cups of water
Instructions:
Remove the husks from the corn cobs and use a vegetable brush under running water to remove the remaining silk.
Add the water to the Instant Pot.
Arrange the corn vertically with the larger ends down. Do not crowd the corn cobs—leave space for steam.
Close the lid, seal the valve, and cook on High Pressure for 2 minutes.
As soon as the timer beeps, quick release the pressure and open the Instant Pot.
Spray butter or rub stick butter on the corn and serve.
