It’s a good day for a pot of Vegetable Soup, and this Instant Pot recipe is so easy and delicious. Saltines for me, cornbread for the hubs.
Instant Pot Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
28-32 oz bag frozen vegetables for soup (such as Pictsweet brand)
1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (32 oz) carton Swanson beef broth
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp thyme
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in an Instant Pot.
Pressure cook on high for 30 minutes.
Immediately release the pressure after the beep.
Enjoy your soup with your choice of saltines or cornbread!
