2 large chicken breasts
2 (10.5 oz) cans cream of chicken soup
1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained
1 (10 oz) can Rotel
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on Low for 4 hours.
Check the temperature of the chicken after cooking to ensure it has reached 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
